Ronald A. Coombes, President
Mr. Coombes is an experienced entrepreneur and fund raiser and has been involved in mineral exploration and exploration management for the past sixteen years.
Douglas L. Mason, Chairman
Founder and former President and CEO of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, Mr. Mason has had many successful years in the public and private financial arenas. Mr. Mason is currently President and CEO of Waterfront Capital Corporation, and President and Director of Criterion Capital Corporation (a private investment and financial consulting company).
Sead Hamzagic, CGA, CFO
Mr. Hamzagic, CGA, has over 10 years of public accounting practice experience and 13 years of experience in financial management matters. Mr. Hamzagic has held a number of senior management positions in a variety of businesses and industries. Most recently Mr. Hamzagic was the Vice President of Finance for a large group of privately held companies that were involved in property development and management. Mr. Hamzagic is a member in good standing with the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia.
Mr. Robert Middleton, P.Eng., Geophysicist: Qualified Person
Mr. Middleton graduated from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Geophysics. He worked with the Ontario Department of Mines from 1969-1971 as their first staff geophysicist. From 1971-1974, he was employed as Manager of Airborne Operations by Barringer Research Limited. He was Exploration Manager and V.P. of Exploration for Rosario Resources from 1974-1980. He then moved to Newmont of Canada where he was Exploration Manager for Eastern Canada. Since 1983 to the present, he has been an exploration consultant to many major and junior mining companies.
Mr. Henry Ewanchuk, P.Eng: Advisory Board
Mr. Ewanchuk has a long and successful career in exploration and mine development in Canada. In the past he has held numerous executive positions with public exploration and mining companies including Imperial Metals Corporation, Mascot Gold Mines Limited and E&B Explorations Inc.
Mr. Ed Yurkowski, P.Eng: Advisory Board
Mr. Yurkowski is president of Procon Mining and Tunneling Ltd., a Vancouver based full service mining contractor with operations in North America and other continents. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Imperial Metals Corporation.
Mr. Bruce E. Morley, LLB, BComm: Director
Mr. Morley has extensive experience in assisting public companies with legal and business matters. Mr. Morley is currently a director of Waterfront Capital Corp, Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc and Consolidated Venturex Holdings Ltd. Mr. Morley has been a practicing lawyer and a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia since 1981. Prior to that, Mr. Morley received a bachelor of commerce degree with specialties in finance and real estate.
